OnRamps is reviewing a nationwide candidate pool and conducting first and second-round interviews with candidates.

In January, the ECS Board of Trustees voted to select OnRamps as the executive search firm tasked with securing a new CEO. The CS Team and OnRamps finalized the job description, core competencies, and regional compensation analysis, and received ECS Board approval to move forward in posting the position on February 1, 2024. 

The CEO Succession Planning Team was pleased to see a number of organizations respond, and over the course of six days, interviewed nine agencies in one-hour virtual meetings with a series of set questions and a rubric to note the key features of each.
