High School Aug. Newsletter (21–22)

Dear High School Families,

Welcome to the 2021–2022 school year! It is truly an honor to move from Assistant/Interim Principal to Principal of ECHS. It is hard to believe it is already that time to open our doors for a new school year. We have been working hard all summer to plan a safe opening of our schools. We have been working diligently to continue implementing best practices to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19.

The upcoming school year will be full of academic experiences that are both rigorous and relevant for students. We are dedicated to providing students with opportunities to engage in problem-solving and make real-world connections in their work. We will also look to provide students the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their teachers and peers during Crew.

I look forward to working with you all as a team to help our students here at ECHS succeed. My door is always open, and I welcome your input and feedback. Please feel free to call or email me to discuss any questions or concerns you might have throughout the school year.

Best,

Cornell C. McCree Jr.
