Intermediate COVID-19 Cases (1/12/22)

Dear ECS Families, 

The ECS administration was alerted today that an Intermediate School staff member has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The Building Response Team met to review our protocols, and it was determined that there were no close contacts.

• The appropriate quarantine and isolation procedures have been taken.

• The spaces have undergone nightly deep cleans as a part of our regular cleaning procedures.

• The only individuals that need to quarantine are those who have been personally contacted by ECS as a close contact. If you were a close contact, you would have been notified prior to receiving this communication.

• If the individual was in your student’s grade level or building, your building’s principal has already contacted you via email. 

• 3rd grade is scheduled to return to in-person learning tomorrow, Jan. 13, 2022, and high school students continue virtual learning until Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022.
