High School

Girls’ Volleyball

The Girls Volleyball Team coached by Amanda McAllen and Hannah Berg completed their second season in the SWPAA league. The team consisted of 17 players including 5 freshmen and 6 seniors!

The 2024 season was a season of many firsts, with the team winning its first ever set in a 3–1 loss to Propel Montour, winning its first ever match in a 3–0 win over Nazareth Prep, and celebrating its 5 seniors during senior night on September 30th. Seniors Shayla Woods, Cyniah Farmer, Makayla Watkins-Sibley, Jordan Means, Sarah Strother, and Maeve Mannion were recognized for their commitment to the girls volleyball program and being 6 of the “founding” players.

The game against Calvary Christian Academy was played in front of a large crowd consisting of family members, faculty, staff and students. Thanks to those who made this evening a special event, with a special thanks to Abigail Lieb!

The team finished its season with a first round play-off loss in a highly competitive game against Hillcrest Christian Academy. Congratulations to all team members—we look forward to continued success in 2025!
