This course meets the guidelines for Pathways HW & CE.
This elective course will introduce students to the fundamentals of public health practice – using the COVID-19 pandemic and other contemporary issues as windows through which to examine key public health functions and decisions at the federal, state, and local level. Students will actively research and debate problems and solutions in pursuit of equity and social justice for our community and the world.
