Personal Fitness
Personal Fitness Grades 10-12 0.5 Credit
This elective course offers interested students the opportunity to develop their speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, and agility through individual exercise experiences developed in conjunction with the teacher. Students will focus on proper technique and whole-body fitness through a varied and well-balanced program. This is a semester course, but students can take it up to two times (in different years) throughout their high school career.
