Switch & Signal Family ECS Skate Night (Fall 2024)
Families are invited to sign-up for a group lesson or just come to skate at the park. This is the perfect opportunity to learn to skate in a controlled environment with all the safety gear and skateboards provided!
Our half-hour Group Skate Lesson will promptly begin at 5:30pm. Adults and children will circle up to learn the basics of standing, pushing and riding on a skateboard. We will end the lesson by going down small manageable ramps assisted by experienced instructors. After the lesson families are invited to stay for Open Skate at no additional cost and access the full park to practice skating while instructors float the park to offer assistance.
Open Skate will start at 6:00pm and end at 7:45pm. If you or your child want to skip the lesson and just come for the skate session you will be able to access the full park with other skaters after our lesson finishes.
If you are buying classes for yourself and another person(s), please list the names of all people attending in the notes section. Safety and Skateboard equipment can be provided with notice, please leave a note at checkout. All skates are welcome. (Skateboard, Roller Skate, and Inline) Switch and Signal offers free use of skateboards when visiting the park. We have a very limited number of roller skates available (women’s size 6-10). Ages 5 and up.
