Intermediate School April Newsletter (21–22)

Dear Intermediate School Families,

I hope you and your family are doing well. We strive to be respectful and responsive to your questions and concerns, and we have received feedback that there is a desire to have an in-person dialogue with staff as well as fellow parents/caregivers. Therefore, we have scheduled two in-person evening sessions at the Intermediate School on April 27 and May 25. Both of these sessions will begin at 5 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. If you are planning on attending these sessions, we are requesting that you complete the Google RSVP form. This will help us configure the physical space inside of the school to safely accommodate all participants that wish to attend.

Be sure to read the news below and have a wonderful Spring Break.

Sincerely,

Laura Williams

Welcome, Mr. Daniels!
The Intermediate School would like to welcome Mr. John Daniels to our ECS Family.  Mr. Daniels is our K - 5 music substitute teacher at ECS.  Please find below Mr. Daniels’ bio:

I grew up in Hermitage Pennsylvania and attended school nearby at Westminster College, studying Music Education and Instrumental Performance. I moved to the Pittsburgh area after completing my studies at Westminster. This is my first year teaching in a school system, but I have worked on maintaining a Private Teaching Studio at Lewis Music in Bridgeville. I regularly play for professional orchestras, public events, and recitals. Some of my hobbies include biking, video games, and working on cars. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the ECS Community, and I am excited to begin making music with your students!
